Mood & Moves Dance Co. was founded by Marcella Palazzo in 2020 as a space to bring creative visions to life. For Marcella, dance and choreography are more than just steps - they are a form of self-expression, storytelling, and connection. Her greatest passion is watching her vision come to life on dancers.

Since she was a little girl, Marcella has always envisioned opening her own studio. She began dancing as a teen and has trained in a variety of styles including Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Heels, and Hip Hop. Her passion for movement also led her to become a Certified Yoga Instructor, deepening her understanding of anatomy and the body’s full potential. Marcella now shares her love for dance through her studio and lessons, creating a space where everyone who steps in can feel like a star.

Mood & Moves has hosted clients of all kinds from former NFL dancers and local artists to high profile celebrities, and has become one of San Francisco’s highest rated studios. It’s timeless old hollywood aesthetic reflects Marcella’s signature Jazz/Musical Theater style, and acts as a blank canvas for infinite possibilities.
